I go through a pallet or so in a year so yeah, I figure I saved $660 dollars in printing costs over the next year. I was ecstatic, which is why I cleaned out every store in Madison.
Drove to store
Refused to give it to me- said it was cancelled.
Never got a cancellation email.
Had to contact customer service to get my money refunded (and then had to have them refund me)
Said I understand price mistakes... but the emails and text confirming that I should pickup (and no call or email saying otherwise) was unacceptable.
Asked them for a gift card due to driving out there and wasting my time.
They instead agreed to send me a gift.... they are sending me a UV light sanitizer... great...

My store canceled my order. I called customer service and they shipped it to me at the same price ( free shipping) Should be arriving today.
The employee pointed to the shelf for self pick up. Grabbed the single case of paper. There were a few other people's cases of paper. For $2, I think the employees got their enjoyment watching people carry a heavy boxes out of their store and move inventory.
The friendly phone agent whose name was "Bob" was very helpful to restore my cancelled purchase. It did take a few rounds of negotiation with his "manager".
