You could probably get this for FREE or make money if you bought this and sold off the two batteries and charger and kept the blower for yourself. Of course that's assuming you already had a GW 80v battery and charger.
Assuming it's anything like my lowes 80V I'd expect about 5 minutes if you're using turbo and you've had it for a year. You get a little more if it's not continuous.
does it bother anyone else that this isnt listed anywhere else except on costco. The new greenworks 80v have a different shape and you can see the lowes version that oss mentioned is exactly the same shape as the newer greenworks 80v
Not sure I understand the thumbs down on this. I have an older generation of this blower and it's great for residential use. Assuming this one would be as good or better. The pricing on this is also good. Cheapest I've seen the batteries is the 2 pack at Costco for $145. So you're paying $85 for the tool and charger.

Not really. Costco gets unique model codes for their stuff all the time. Samsung makes different color bezels for some of their TVs, some of the monitors are the same.
If you're paying $129 a battery, you're paying way too much. Heck, Costco has a 2 pack for $185 right now. They had it on sale earlier this year for $145.
I have many 80V GW tools and batteries. I bought this blower with a 2.5 Ah battery & charger for $129 at Walmart about 2 years ago. I've found that the 2.0Ah batteries don't hold up well, especially in high amp tools like this blower. I've had to return 3 so far. Luckily they were replaced NC, but mine only have a 2 year warranty. Glad to see that they now have a 4 year warranty, like the tools.

Greenworks sells the exact 80v line as masterforce at menards. They are promoting the 60v at their site and sell the 80v at Costco and menards. The masterforce is 100% compatible and it even says it in their description. Costco had this blower and a trimmer and two 4ah batteries in the spring for $320. I ended up not getting it because the trimmer was not attachment capable. I have been regretting it all summer.
I bought two of the blowers alone this year last one just two months ago for $150 each used from Amazon. I'm not being bitter about OPs deal, I'm saying good luck buying one from a retailer for $50.

Those batteries are like $170 each. If you sold each one for $120 on Marketplace, you could almost get paid to have the blower itself.
Even if you don't have batteries, you could absolutely take these and make a solid $220-240 off the batteries and use that to buy a high capacity one.
