These will be on deep discount in a month when Intel launches 12th gen which is leaked multiple times to perform better and cost less. Probably under $300 before October ends, since Zen 4 is a late 2022 launch they have no option but price cuts.

Mine was working for a couple days, then suddenly stopped working too. I think most likely your promo code was stolen as the format is easy to brute force hack with some automation. With that said, you can't stack promo codes, so won't work with this deal.

Word to the wise - these run hot! I have a very well ventilated case and a 280MM AIO and my struggles to stay under 75 degrees during long gaming sessions. I am sure my RTX 3080 doesn't help, but I have my 5800X undervolted and it gets warm.
