Wow. I was just looking at harbor freight and the big box stores for one.

$20 bucks is even cheaper then harbor freight and these are probably the same quality.

Off topic - My copper pipes have been making high pitching noises for past several days. The noise goes away momentarily when we run water and comes back after 10-15 minutes. When faucet is opened, initially water gushes at much higher pressure and settles to steady pressure thereafter. I couldn't find any other solution online than replacing the pressure regulator valve to solve this problem.
These wrenches will come handy. Thanks OP

Keep in mind that the higher end pipe wrenches are aluminum. Steel ones are noticeably heavier. If you see your tools as a long term investment (possibly generational) then it might be worth getting Rigid's aluminum version. I'm usually all for HF tools or budget options for home use, but I made the exception for the weight reduction.
