That is, you spend $96 more but get the latest iPhone (faster processor, better battery life) and also get a Homepod thrown in as a bonus. IMO, spending that $96 extra is a worthy upgrade that gives back in better trade-in values too after a few years.
Or, for the same $720, you could get a smaller iPhone 13 mini that has better specs and better battery life compared to even the full-size iPhone 12, except for an obviously smaller screen size. With the bonus free Homepod and a $200 GC.

The Pro was $120 more but it came with 128gb. But that was months before the 13 was released. Hoping the Max goes on sale
