187 of the 299 pieces are bandaids, 18 of the items are ibuprofen/tylenol/non-aspirin

A decent deal if you do not have the majority of this stuff already but the average person will never require the majority of this but this kit is also extremely basic
I last purchased a pair from the 2016 slickdeal and they were actually slightly more, closer to $11. Each one paid for itself.

These also work very well as a take and toss item. We throw them in the beach bag, Disney bag, take them on road trips, camp
outs and even to our neighbors NY field party.
The whole kit is cheaper than one tube of Neosporin and a box of bandaides from a roadside pharmacy and way cheaper than a convenience store.
These are great to burn some FSA money

Deal gone? Price is $23.99 for me.
Looks like they sold out and now is being sold by some fraudulent 3rd party seller on the Amazon platform. Only buy from "shipped and sold by Amazon", screw third party profit sellers!

Thanks for wasting my time. I just got the email alerting me to this "deal." On immediately trying for the deal, I got the message "sorry, deal has expired." Someone wasted my time-an email that shouldn't have been sent or a deal that wasn't. So guess what happens on the next Slickdeal email I get?

That's kinda slow on the email sending from SD...

What things would you add to this kit to make it more complete?

Your really moving up into more specialized things. Better tweezers with a magnifying glass is quite worthwhile. I've used it to dig pebbles out of a gash wound that would not irrigate clean. Better nitrile gloves. Maybe a folding n95. Heavy duty sheers or a specialized safety clothing cutter.

I'd recommend a tourniquet of some sort. Maybe some quick clot. (I like the gauze). And duct tape. You can get a ace splint. Those are useful not only for sprains and brakes but make a decent neck brace for emergencies. And a bottle of saliene eye wash with cup.
If you know CPR, a one way valve with face cup isn't a bad idea.

It's extremely difficult for people to open their eyes for a full flush. The cup allows you to fill it with saliene and tilt your head then open your eyes (like under a swimming pool) . Makes all the difference especially for those who are ansty.

Here is to hoping you never need any of this stuff.
