I bought one of these, brand new in box, from a previous SD deal. It sat around for maybe a year and I just placed it on my keyring. The 1 yr CR2032 battery was dead (of course) so I just installed a brand new one... which is super easy to do on this model. It's really nicely made, and the app is fairly slick as well, so I went to look what it would cost to buy another and just stumbled upon the Tile.com outlet deals. There are a bunch of different styles on sale... open box and no box. The fact that they give you 2 day free shipping as well, just seems to be the cherry on top.

Tile Mate uses a CR1632 batt, if you have those. It's lighter, but doesn't appear as durable and only has half the max range of Tile Pro. I think the Pro is def the better deal.

Wow! I didn't even read the email receipt. Looked up my email now and see the same 2020 model referenced !
Pro alarm is also a lot louder if memory serves. Pro is also more durable...maybe water proof/water resistent(rain level)
