I hate the term "generator" with these things. It's a battery. It's not "generating" anything and will need to be recharged itself. It's a glorified UPS.
"This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. Read full return policy [amazon.com]."
Yeah the fact that they call these generators at all is pretty deceptive in my opinion. They could be useful for a few extra hours of power for a computer, charging phones, or running a CPAP while camping for a night, but they don't have enough storage capacity to be really useful in an outage.

I agree generator is not a good term for this, but UPS is definitely terrible as well, UPS's do not last long at all (at least a consumer version in this price range), and are just as their name suggests, to avoid power "interruptions" so for very short time periods, not to actually power a device as it's sole power source.

If only it was a lifepo4 battery and had a more universal solar plug adapter...ok pass for me. Thanks op for sharing though!

It's not that simple, it's generally sold as part of a pair with a solar panel. These batteries are intended to work with them. You can use just any old battery pack sure, but you're going to lose a lot of efficiency, and you're going to need a lot of them.

Battery packs are expensive. I've been waiting on a good deal on this or the Jackery for months now.

I doubt TSA has changed that rule, now that the risk is actually even higher.

It added to my cart, all the clipped coupons and codes worked. I went and watched one youtube review to make sure it wasn't trash. When I went to place order I got denied. 🤬

Amazon ran out of them.

I realized after a few days that I never received this. Amazon cancelled the order. The reason given was, "technical problem."
