The most expensive rooms in the entire chain (barring a very few weirdos not on the chart) are only 100k a night.... most are significantly less.
There's TONS of Hawaii Marriots you can get multiple nights for 175k points.... (also Hawaii is an entire state, with multiple islands, and varied pricing across them)

It seems to be tied to particular Chase VISA cards-Pretty sure I saw a 15k referral bonus for CSP this summer-might have been tied to CSR. I was considering having my kids sign up for some of these. Also recall a good referral bonus for United Mileage+, however it now says there aren't any referral bonus currently when I enter my CSR card#.
My husband's Marriott offers this-

That's 40,000 bonus points for each friend who gets a card, double the points from last year.
When I enter my Freedom #, it offers $100 referral bonus.
I was considering canceling the current Marriott card but then I don't think I'd be eligible for the 40k referral bonus. It also grants Gold elite annually & I notice these new cards do not.
