I always had good experiences with them until I didn't. I purchased a gift card that didn't work. Per their terms, I was eligible to choose either a refund or replacement. They offered a replacement, and I said I would prefer a refund per their terms since I no longer needed the gift card. After about 6 weeks and many e-mails with no more responses, I disputed the charge with my credit card because I did not want the clock to run out since they were unresponsive.

I've used them a few times before but I can't say I remember the last time I have bought something from them. Have they gone downhill lately? I once bought skype credit from them that didn't work and they had no issues refunding me the money. It was a little slow but they did refund me.

I've never had an issue with raise in 3+ years; cards are guaranteed for a year but I have used them long after purchase
