Nightmare Login Issues

4,276 8,917 October 4, 2021 at 10:23 AM
Hey, can you help me???? I'm having a nightmare with signing in and staying signed in to my SD account. I tried to login from another computer this weekend and it's been a disaster ever since. My login attempt was flagged as a potential hack/breach. Now I keep getting kicked out of my account when I login on my phone as well as using my own laptop's browser... it keeps asking me for my pw every time I do something (on laptop browser esp), and then won't accept my own asking me for a security code. I type in the secure code and can do a few things and then it kicks me out, again, with process repeating.

Please help!

Thanks.

Hello, thank you for your message. After reviewing your account, it appears that our fraud prevention system detected potential suspicious activity on your account. In an effort to secure your account, our system reset your password and sent you an email notification regarding this. The suspicious activity appears to be from either excessive login attempts and/or from login attempts from 2 different states. This could be due to using a VPN or different ISPs from different devices.
