What does that mean? It's leftovers? Any difference in taste etc?
It is most likely refined, bleached and deodorized so called "pure" olive oil. Today, everybody wants extra virgin olive oil. Back 40+ years ago when I was coming up in restaurant kitchens, extra virgin wasn't used for cooking, only used in salad dressings or drizzled on finished food s before service. That being said, there's nothing wrong with it if it tastes good.
If extra virgin is considered a 10, and vegetable oil is a 5 on a heathy scale, where would the "mild taste olive oil" place on the scale and why? Taste, smoke point, and price are not considerations. Just wondering how healthy it is relatively.

FYI vegetable oil (vegetable and other seed oils) are more like on the bottom bottom of the healthy scale not in the middle. Stick with virgin, extra virgin olive oil, non-hydrogenated animal fats, like rendered beef tallow or butter.

This is correct. If hearing this sounds wrong or counter-intuitive, make sure you watch this vid: https://youtu.be/rQmqVVmMB3k
This oil is good for frying as it's blended with higher heat tolerant oils such as soy, vegetable, etc. Extra Virgin is the best, but it's not as heat tolerant and because of the lower smoke point, it'll smoke you out in the kitchen if you don't have a good exhaust fan.

Virgin olive oil is is from pure, cold pressed olives. Classic/regular is an oil blend. You want to stick with virgin and extra virgin olive oil.
However, given the price, this should be fine for cooking/sauteing.
