Nintendo eShop has Mortal Kombat 11 on sale for only $12.49 until October 20th. It's the cheapest it's ever been and a good game, if you haven't bought it bought have been on the fence all I can say is "get over here!"
The graphics of course are not up to par to the other systems of the same generation, But with that said the game itself functions very well on the switch it is great for portable fighter
Has that changed since launch? Seems a good price…
Update 1.04 improved the visuals (resolution, lighting and shadows) to what extent I'm not sure. A google search might help, but the frame rate is still 60fps docked and 30fps handheld.
I'd like this game, but don't want my young kids to see it in the game menus or be able to launch it while I'm not supervising. Can the switch hide M rated games?

You can't hide games, but you can use parental controls to lock them. There is an option in the menu, or you can download the parental controls app for your phone.

From my experience it's a great price for everything included. But yes, this port does not perform very well and with the updates it's a smooth and enjoyable fighting game. The graphics are lowered to keep the frames smooth and the only problem I ran into was when i was doing fatalities the frames and quality drops a bit. But if you can deal with that, it's not a bad deal at all. I on the other hand couldn't since I have other platforms I can get it on so Nintendo gave me a refund.
