I haven't seen a RTX 3080 or 6800 XT desktop at <$1600 range for a long time, so figure I will share this. I would love to pick up a 3080 pre-built for similar price but until that deal shows up, this is as good as it gets.
This is liquid cooled which should help with a relatively compact case. 6800XT itself is also more power efficient than 3080. IMO this case is not good for a i7 and 3080, but for 5600x and 6800XT, it should work fine as long as you don't overclock it.
Possible Upgrades: +$180 for 3080
Possible Downgrades: -$355 to downgrade power supply and get 6700XT ($1349 for 6700XT is a very strong deal).
Ram and SSD you can get on your own.
Overall 6800XT is slightly faster than 3080 in traditional games, but falls behind significantly in ray tracing and DLSS. Whether this is worth $180 is up to you.
This configuration cannot be shipped to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon, Vermont or Washington due to power consumption regulations.

All the deals this holidays will be around prebuilts. Won't be able to buy one of these at MSRP any time soon.
I'm sure I'll get a lot of crap for it but I'd go with ABS, CyberpowerPC, iBuyPower, or Skytech over Alienware/Dell any day. They might not be top notch brands but at least that way you can more easily take and replace components. Or even swap out the case. And these brands don't come with crappy OEM GPUs.
The Aurora cases are heavy, clunky, and a huge pain to open/replace/alter. I spent a lot of time opening mine and trying to improve the cooling with additional fans. But it's so tight and restricted in there.
The other option, if you're serious about wanting to make a PC, is to consider entering the Newegg Shuffle every time. I've entered ~65 times and won twice (3060ti and 3080).
Or there is the painful route. You could join and track a GPU stock Discord. It takes a lot of diligence. But in a few months I managed to get a 3080 and two 6700XTs at MSRP from BestBuy (without using a buying bot - only a discord group's stock bot).
The market sucks and I've been trying to get as many cards for friends as possible. Whatever route you take will probably be pretty rough. Good luck.
Here is the video where the R10 is reviewed. They talk about all the test methodology, etc.

Don't do it.

TLDW:. No airflow, fake watercooling, proprietary non-upgradeable swill ..
But - honestly - say that this DOES come with water cooling ... any good?

Also, the 6600xt is pretty easy to come by.
