I have the cordless version of this and it is fantastic. Much better than my friend Dyson for hardwood floor. Pick up hairs pretty easily and clean up the dust cup is painless.

I went into Home Depot to buy the ryobi battery powered vac since we have lots of those batteries but saw this on clearance (same model but less accessories) for 49$ so I had to try it out. I wanted it for upstairs so I'm not lugging my kenmore up and down,
mostly just for bedroom, bathroom, hallway and stairs. I thought I would regret the cord but it's perfectly fine it has an extra long cord so it's not an issue at all. It's got a power foot so it even drives itself along the floor like my big vacuum. I really like it, gonna take it along in my camper to keep things clean. Plenty powerful for carpet.

It actually sucks quite well. I used it the last few weeks while housesitting for someone. It's very lightweight, pulls up a lot of dust, dog hair, and is easily maneuverable. The long tube is de-attachable (from the roller body part of the vacuum) which is awesome for tight corners, under the couch, etc.

One small con was that the container that holds the dust is a bit small and will require you to empty it often.

Same, we love our cordless version of this vac, which I believe was also a refurb. It's been running like a champ for 2+ years with near daily use. I like how the power attachment has the soft roller brush and carpet agitating brushes in one b/c it's great for touch-ups. I have to switch b/w 2 separate power attachments on my Tineco A10 Master, but it has the edge in lighter weight and better agility. Also, though I'm not certain how to prove it, I think our current Shark has slightly better suction than my Tineco (both on max mode). Don't really need it... but can't resit, especially since this one appears to come with a few more attachments than our first one.
