One other note, I've had a few razers in the past and the warranty work wasn't the best process for me. Maybe they have gotten better but it was jumping through hoops just to prove that my razer blade stealth had serious issues.

However, I don't recommend getting one because it's sold by Razer. That means your stuck getting their overpriced warranty, and the return policy is laughingly bad.
Razer laptops are known to be literally the most inconsistent laptops ever made. Maybe you'll get one that's good, maybe you'll get one that's bad. I'd only order from Amazon or Best buy. They both have better extra warranties (Asurion and Geek Squad) and much better return policy.
Regardless of where you get one, get an extended warranty. I almost never recommend them, but it's worth it on these.

The 2070 max q super version at 80w (I think) is on par with a 3060 not max q 100w. You can usually find the 3060 for 1500 or less. That said, the 2070 has more ram so depending on your workload, it could be better. Still neck and neck in most games.

Legion 5 from Microcenter with a 3060 will hit 8500 most days of the week and that one is $1199 when it goes on sale and $1299 regularly.

I currently have a Blade 2021 and a Legion 7 in front of me. I'm selling the Legion. I'm taking a risk on the blade because of Razer QC, but it's not even in the same league in terms of portability and quality. The L7 is great, don't get me wrong. Feels high quality, runs great, and is a monster in terms of performance. But the Razer literally feels like a whole other class.
The Razer half the weight(I am aware it's only 1lb less) and thickness. It's nicer looking by a long shot(subjective, however the Razer just looks insanely clean). It performs very good for the size(15-20% less GPU performance, both 3070s). The display, for some reason, looks better(it's the 360hz FHD).
However, the Legion has some major pros. Ryzen CPU which literally means almost 2x straight CPU performance. MUCH better speakers(Razer are actual garbage, it makes no sense). Better keyboard. Quieter under load. Better long term support.
But regardless, it's like comparing a full size to an ultra book. Neither is better all around, but performance wise, the full size will always be better for the price.
With that said, I stick by my original post on this deal.
Nice looking and well made.
Slightly outdated CPU, but I don't feel any lagging. In comparison, I can feel that on ASUS M15 with the same cpu.
The paint is not solid. It is super easy to get paint hints near edges.
Screen is nice, celebrated color, but still an 1080P so YMMV.
It was 1399 a few days ago.
I would say 1299 or less is a great deal. 1399 is not bad. 1499 is for people find it perfect match, e.g. many laptops don't have full SD or slotted RAM or a nice screen or a combination.
I won't compare this to Legion, owned legion before and that felt less premium.

It got 8574 on timespy.
It doesn't mean all that much for games, but it's a good benchmark which means you can actually compare laptop to laptop without even needing to know the specs to some degree.
