They use 3.1A (amp) so people confuse it with USB 3.1 but this is USB 2.0. It's like asking for bad reviews...

They're better for outlets instead of a straight out. My only use case for them would be for my Xbox one x/s Remote to my gaming laptop, would be nice not to have the cord jutting straight out and instead at a 90°. I don't want to buy them tho because of their unknown nature...
