I got 1/2 way thru a pack of this before giving up. It's a darker roast than most Lavazza and the coffee lacks body. The beans are dry and crema is almost non-existent.

Note to self - avoid in future. Life is too short to not drink good coffee.

I've brewed through 2 kilos of this blend (and probably 20 kilos of Lavazza's other blends) and I've never experienced a rock.

This is a solid blend. Better suited for espresso based beverages than long shots. FWIW I'm brewing with Philips 3200 LatteGo (fantastic machine).

If you're in the market for an entry level super automatic espresso machine I strongly recommend it be on your short list. It's remarkably easy to operate. Fill with water and beans, push the button, and drink up. We bought one for work after I bought one at home. My coworkers are constantly caffeinated. 🤣🤣🤣
