They're two totally different types of cards. This is not a gaming card. It's for cad and rendering. I suppose you could game with it but you would be disappointed.
You can easily customize to add ram...and dells little trolls will install it for you at a huge markup. Or you could get this deal, buy extra ram, and install it yourself, that's why

Be careful in assuming the card matches the performance of other rtx cards. This is a separate beast compared to the consumer graphics cards.

Workstation with 8gb is a joke - Windows applications start to crawl with 8gb memory and mostly freeze when multi tasking

Good deal if, and only if, you need that much workstation video.

I can but why pay $1800 on a workstation that already does not come with sufficient memory & storage for which one needs to pay extra for and also put in extra labor

Yeah you definitely don't want their RAM.

FYI for anyone buying this... All the DELL RAM they've been installing at least since this summer has been bottom tier.

Buy some quality aftermarket and swap it all out.

It's basically a 2080. It will game fine, but anyone who buys this to play fortnite is about as silly as someone who brings their Darth Vader inspired, Christmass tree glowing gaming laptop to work.,

This is based on prev-gen Turing arch (RTX 20xx). Comparable to RTX 2070 performance.
