Lowest price ever for this certified refurbished. There is a newer mode, but if you don't use the newest features, this works fine. I have 3 of these and they have worked great for years.

Also if you have ring protect, it should knock off another 10 percent at checkout!

Ring is making it more difficult to log into your account. (Mandatory 2 step verification) Don't buy until you know what information you will need to give. I use this free with Wyze cam and like the system, (until Ring locks my account with no refund for the equipment) https://community.ring.com/t/new-...on/3879/72

Actually 1080p is more than enough. Most people care about night surveillance and getting a camera with 2k resolution is bad for night recordings. Most cameras come with a 1/2.8" sensor which makes it difficult to capture night recording at higher resolutions, this is why most cameras go with 1080p. The lense required for higher resolution is extremely expensive and not worth the cost.

If you only care about day surveillance, then sure higher resolution cameras will work just fine.
Brand new ones bundled with a Chime Pro regularly go on sale at Costco for $139.99.
Are you making movies with it?

The Ring Floodlight? I've seen the doorbell with the chime for $139 at Costco but never the floodlight.

I picked one up last week and it looked brand new. I have bought a couple of ring refurbs on amazon and they all look very new.

And if you have their alarm plan (ring protect), it's covered anyways.

Go buy your analog camera at vhs res.

How does Amazon know if you have ring protection or not?

Any way to use these/record to a local storage without paying for a subscription? It's the annual fee where they get you.
