Costco T-Mobile generally gives back tradein value back in visa/master gift card after a month or two. So it is easy for people who want pay upfront rather than waiting for credits over 2 years.

Any one tried wireless battery share? My pixel 6 pro's "battery share" doesn't work well. I tried to charge smart watch, phone, earbud, and nothing is working properly. It kept dropping.

You can try and ask to see if you can upgrade your entire account to One Plus as that would make all your lines eligible for the higher trade in value but this might increase cost a little bit depending on what your paying now and the type of promotions you have now
But One Plus is $15 extra per line. That is a lot of money right?
All my lines currently have One Plus Promo, which has most of the features from One Plus.
If T-Mobile continues to give $450 more trade-in credit to the Max plan or One Plus, then maybe it's worth upgrading one line to One Plus forever. I assume after I get one deal, I can pay it off and let the credits move to account level, then I'll be free to do another deal.

Just my two sense. Pixel 6. Hot almost all the time (on the sides). Battery sucks. went from 60% to 10% in 5 hours with very normal use. The fingerprint is hit/miss. When it works...it's great. When it doesn't it takes 5 tries. Just going to wait for S 22. Have fun guys.
Ditto. Have my pixel 6 for almost a week. Phone hot and charging slow. Fingerprint reader hit and miss. Very aggravating coming from a reliable fingerprint reader on the Samsung note 8. Had touchscreen not responding or inaccurate. Don't like Android 12 settings gui (eg, large bubble text). Experienced lost network connection and had to restart phone to restore internet. Turning airplane mode off and back on did not work. 5G hit and miss too. When it works, faster speed than lte but have some areas with dead spots. Switching between 5G and lte troublesome and not ideal. Going to return phone and get something else. Oh, one more, no audio jack.

its a great phone except i have problems connecting to 5G. it stays connected 5G for about 2 hours and then to LTE and then it doesnt go to 5G at all. My wife also has Pixel 6 and her phone stays connected to 5G al the time. i switched to esim and i did a master reset and then it connected to 5G for about 2 hours and then back to LTE. Tmobile has no idea what to do. frustrating.

Yes, we checked on our simple choice plan and the $450 trade-in credit was available.

While I normally use t-mobile, I use Google Fi when traveling overseas. I popped the Fi sim in to test connectivity and it said it couldn't recognize the sim because the phone is still locked.

This never happened before on older devices (Samsun/Oneplus) as Fi is a t-mobile MNVO and should work.

Anyone else see this and know what's happening?

Just FYI for everyone. Following the rumors about T-Mobile stores accepting trade-ins. I contacted my local store and the store manager confirmed that they are currently accepting phone trade-ins at their store for online promo deals. The manager said to make sure to print out and bring the shipping label that T-Mobile emailed you and that's it. Figured I'd share, but YMMV.

If all they will be doing is shipping it out for us then this is not useful unless you can clarify if you got confirmation of something indicating that your trade-in value was given to you.

My understanding is some phones were going missing or lost in the mail and it jacks everything up with T-Mobile. So if you take it to the store and get a receipt or confirmation that you dropped it off, you have that in your back pocket even if it's missing or lost in the mail.

Is this now dead with t-mobile? Not seeing the $450 off anymore? And not with my pixel 2? I'm not on a Magenta plan

I am sure this has been gone over somewhere in this thread but I can't find it. I ordered th P6 through Sprint with a pixel 3 trade in on Sprint Max. But it only showed a $12.50 a month bill credit when it should have been $25 ($600 total ). Will the other $12.50 credit show up on my bill?

Yeah I'm not seeing it either, I think the deal is dead now sadly.

EDIT: this is weird, but I tried another browser and the deal popped up again.

But the credit for a pixel 3 is only a $300 credit. So 12.50 x 24 = 300. So 300 + 300 trade in = 600 pixel 6 price. Right?

I'm thinking of doing the same. Are you on a grandfathered Kickstarter plan? If plan price changes at all it's not worth it...

PS I didn't see any credit options for the Pixel 6 pro, did you?
