Costco T-Mobile generally gives back tradein value back in visa/master gift card after a month or two. So it is easy for people who want pay upfront rather than waiting for credits over 2 years.

  • Screen is brighter. Better chance to actually see the screen under SoCal sun.
  • In my area 5G speed is horrible (~1mbps) so I turned off 5G. Probably contributed to my battery life.
  • Apps run snappier, but not ground breaking difference.
  • Having WB in camera app is awesome.

All in all I'm happy with $300 upgrade. Would not pay MSRP for it over my 4XL tho.
It is one thicc boi! I upgraded from a 4a 5g. Traded in an iPhone 6 for $300, just got approved for the trade in yesterday. So I'm safe with the trade in credit.


Keeping the 4a 5g as backup and for pic upload purpose.

FPS is not nearly as good as my 4a 5g but serviceable. Camera was an upgrade in turn if speed and processing but not as fast as I've hoped it to be.

Not bad for $300

No update for me.. My Cloudy White P6P still has a 11/11 - 11/17 estimated ship date.. I thought it would be shipped sooner, but at this point I'd be happy to get it before Thanksgiving..

Estimated shipping date from 11/11-11/17. It never changed since date of order

I cancelled my white Pro last week and ordered a black one instead. It's being delivered tomorrow. Figured it's not going to matter since I am going to use a case from day 1...

What was the expected delivery date when you placed the order? I was planning of canceling my white one but then the rep stated the delivery date will be pushed back to the end of the line due to customers who ordered earlier.

I ordered on the 3rd and the original shipping estimates were 11/16/2021 -11/30/2021.

Is anyone experiencing issues with typing? For example, sometimes but not always, when i hit the text box to bring up the keyboard, the KB would block the text box. So I can't type because I can't see what I'm typing. This happens sometimes in my text app, or other apps where I can reply. Very frustrating, hopefully an update soon!

My fingerprint sensor won't work 80% of the time with the glass screen protector. I put it on as soon as I peeled the original film off so can't say much about an experience without it. Not sure if I should just take it off or return it. I also think it's way too big and way too heavy. Might go for the P4 deal they have going on even if it ends up costing more. I just want a smaller phone.

Sensor works great compare to my note 10. But I just installed a glass and now it doesn't work at all. I took off already.

Go for the pixel 5, I think you'll really enjoy it, that or the pixel 4a but the 5 has really good battery life and display
