Unless you need all the zooming in I would say no. I used an ultra for a month then after the regular s21 and can say you won't be missing a lot of the features tbh.
I have the S21+ and from my perspective, the Ultra is only worth it if:
- you NEED to have some of the best smartphone cameras available
- you'd only be happy knowing that you have the "Ultra" aka the best
- or if you want to have the biggest screen available on the S21 series, even though it's only slightly larger than the S21+
For me, the S21+ is perfect because I like the bigger screen and the cameras are still awesome at 64 mp. Also, they don't take up a crap ton of storage like full resolution photos on the Ultra do. The 108 mp on the Ultra is really only needed if you have to take "pro quality" photos on your phone for whatever reason.
From comments online, I've seen that the whole gimmick of zooming in on the moon with the Ultra gets old pretty quickly, so paying extra for the cameras is really only worth it if you actually need them.
Also, if you get an Ultra, you'd need either a cloud storage solution or at a minimum, the 256gb version if you plan on taking a lot of full resolution pics. The 128 gb would likely not be enough, so you'd have to factor that into your costs as well.
The only other differences I'm aware of is that the Ultra has more RAM and a curved screen that some people don't like, but that comes down to personal preference.
