    • Fill out and print the registration form for this promotion

I bought this because it has two memory slots instead of one soldered in memory and 1 slot. I want to add memory (64 max) with a matched set of memory. It also has 2 M.2 drive slots & a bay for a 2.5" drive. The big plus for me is the power plug in the rear of the laptop, so I can have the cord come from the left or right when I'm sitting with it on my lap. One chair I have with the cord from the right and the sofa the power cord will come from the left. A rear power plug is rare. At least in my searches.

From my understanding, the Gigabyte laptop support and RMA process is less than ideal.

My own experience with them on motherboard support is not great.

Does anyone have personal experience dealing with Gigabyte as a laptop owner?
