A couple different Zoa Energy Drink flavors are now 50% off on Amazon. These are a healthy energy drink and somewhat of an "Aquired taste". I kinda like them.

If you're the 'everything in moderation' type you'll be just fine drinking a can of something sweetened with artificial sugar once in awhile. It's not going to kill you. I would avoid downing several cans of this stuff a day but 'not in excess' is a pretty hard and fast rule for most things that aren't vegetables.

Actually true because tea has L-Theanine, which coffee and most energy drinks don't have.
The caffeine + L-Theanine combo is well studied and reduces the jitters and crash you'd usually get from caffeine alone.
If you're not used to it it might even feel like it's not working because you don't feel those jitters. But if you look back at the end of the day you realize you felt alert and less tired for a long period of time. It just sort of felt 'normal' though.
So it's hard to notice when things are working perfectly.
