32" 1080p 🤮

This isn't a monitor, it is a high refresh rate TV. If you sit anywhere near it you will easiy be able to see the individual pixels. For desk use even 2560x1440 32" is iffy imo.

I sat an arms length away from an omen 32 1440 monitor and had no issues for 3 years. Now i use a m32q also a 32 1440 monitor and love it. not too long ago all tv's were 1080 in sizes up to 65 inches. This will serve you fine but yes the visual quality will not be what a 2k, 4k or 8k would be. If you stream 4k or need a ton of desktop space move up in resolution. If you watch video and browse the web this is fine. If you game and have an older card this is great.

Not if you're blind like me. No 20/20 for me.

I feel like this would be better for an Xbox Series S.

You are high as a kite, this monitor offers awesome performance , bright picture, and vibrant colors with smooth gameplay zero ghosting. This is hands down the best gaming monitor you can get for the money with Costo's Iron clad warranty. Its 100% a no brainer especially if you have an Nvidia Card. The QHD version that Costco offers for 299 yet to be on sale is gorgeous, currently using that model now with a GTX 1080Ti

Wow thats a tough resolution for this size. A QHD isn't that much more for something you'll use everyday. I'm sure there are some usecases for this though

lol 1080p on a 32" this is a monitor for a niche user.say as an additional monitor you wall mount and is a bit further away. a regular use desktop monitor at typical 12-18" distance 1080p at 32" is just too low

Have you used a 32 inch 1080p monitor a foot from your face? It's terrible. If you're going to be several feet away, then it's fine.

Everything is going to be okay, man.

His opinion is rather common, and I dare say, the consensus.
This item is advertised as a gaming monitor. That's like calling a Honda Civic a sports car. For some people it will work. For many others, it won't.

Hope the rest of your day goes well.

This has been a great monitor for me. VA is my preference due to the darker blacks and nonexistent glow/bleed, and it's sharp for a 1080p monitor. Yes, if you're within 1.5-2 feet you see pixels, but they are sharp and well-defined lol. I also find that most of my games drop to unsatisfactory framerates if I scale up to 1440p, even with my RTX 3070, so 1080p is still the sweet spot for native res gaming for most people.

I am, however, looking to upgrade to something that is all-around better, and I have yet to find a 1440p that beats this in all metrics, including contrast, color accuracy, brightness, adaptive sync and size, for under $400. Even monitors in the $400 price range are either not really an improvement in a few of these metrics (contrast and size, oftentimes), or lacking a feature I want, or an ultra wide resolution my 3070 would dip under 60 fps trying to run Flight Sim or Cyberpunk on. Still waiting for the right thing. For now I am still happy with this purchase.
