And my wife has a nasty habit of misplacing glasses. So we have (literally) 10 pair of glasses floating around the house/cars for her.
21 year old son has maybe 8 pair himself.
And this is all a LOT cheaper than buying just one expensive pair at Costco or wherever.
We've had two issues with our Zenni orders. One they took care of promptly and one I just got too lazy to contact them about, so I just forgot about it (since we have so many.)
All in all, I'm a fan.
Edit: because I just get the cheap included lenses most of the time these days, this sale doesn't really help me much. Typically they'll offer a BF or Cyber Monday deal of like 20% off everything. That's what I've been waiting for before I order a couple more pair.

The vast majority of complications from laser eye surgery come from the corneal flap the surgeon creates in the LASIK procedure. Most of the complications are related to the flap not healing up correctly or opening up again at some future point.
You can avoid all of those complications by getting PRK or another surface procedure that doesn't require a flap to be created. That's what I did and it worked our really well. The down side is that your eyes are sore for a few days. The up side is that you can never experience a flap complication for the rest of your life.
Most people choose LASIK because they can see perfectly and go back to work the next day, and they never even consider the other options. Do yourself a favor and consider all the options like PRK.

Strictly from a cost perspective, the PRK was much cheaper than 13 years of glasses, not to mention the amount of hassle it saved me from having to wear them. Totally worth it for me, but it's not for everybody.
Another aging issue a lot of people don't think about is future reading glasses. Everyone needs reading glasses as they age, roughly starting around the mid forties. If you have astigmatism, your reading glasses are going to be expensive prescription reading glasses (like $600) and most people lose them. They aren't like normal glasses you put on and wear all day. You are always putting them on to read things and taking them off when you are done. Which is why people lose them all the time.
When I got my PRK, it wiped out my astigmatism. So instead of expensive reading glasses, now I can use cheapo pharmacy reading glasses. I buy them in bulk on Amazon at $10 for 6 pairs. Every few years when I have lost them all, or if I need stronger ones, I order another half dozen and scatter them around my life (car, desk, bedside, etc) and I don't care if they get lost. It's pretty convenient.

That's why most people choose LASIK - no recovery time and instant vision upgrade. But it comes at a cost, which is a slightly increased risk of complications. Knowing what I know now, I would choose PRK again in a heartbeat and I would never do LASIK.
The quality seems generally the same for comparably priced frames imo.
I did have an issue with Zenni selling a pair of frames that were a few mm smaller than described which essentially made them children glasses. I should have read all the reviews since most of them were complaining about the same thing. I guess it was within their margin of error though.
It's more of a gamble buying frames online since it can be difficult to see their actual size. Zenni does an exceptionally terrible job of providing any sort of scale to compare their glasses to. They are all shown against a white background with absolutely no images of people wearing them. All the images are also not sized relative to each other so a pair of really small children glasses can show up bigger than adult sized. It's also not that easy to use the measurements to estimate the size since frames only have certain measurements to go by and in many cases they don't tell the whole story.

Basically all I'm saying is to read the reviews and factor in the possibility that the glasses you order might not fit like you wanted when purchasing online. In this case their return policy is 50% cash or 100% store credit (you pay shipping in both cases)
