Also the case is easier to open/close, it's lighter, usb C, supposedly better battery life over 65t and coming from Pixel 3 to iPhone 12, still sounds good and app functions well esp the hear-through (you can assign it to function on/off). I'm still not sure how to change volume from it though....

Only issue I've experienced very recently was upgrading to macOS Monterey, and for whatever reason it auto adjusts the gain on the microphone so the mic gets muted in Google Meet. Some other users on Zoom also experienced this as well, so I downgraded back to Big Sur for now. I don't think it's a Jabra issue, but a combination fo macOS Monterey & Google Meet/Zoom, since on phone calls (with Pixel) this issue never happens.
