A good place to look for film developing gear is freestyle photo:

You can also get developing chemistry there (developer, fixer (for stop bath you can use a diluted solution of white vinegar), and if you do not use a hypo-clearing agent, you would just use a longer rinse. You would also need a wetting agent to reduce water spots and clothespins to hang the negative strip in your bathroom to air dry..

You can search also on Amazon and eBay, as well as photography stores such as B&H Photo, Adorama, etc. If you load at night, in the dark, you do not need a darkroom or changing bag.
BUT, after you have your negatives, what will you do with them? You need to digitally scan them or make small contact prints or make enlargements with an enlarger. Add up all this effort and cost before you start.
EDIT: Another option for film is to buy slide film (a bit more expensive: $10+ roll) and have it developed, mounted and scanned for about $20. This way you get a positive (vs negative) film image you can look at (buy a magnifying loupe as well), as well as a digital version you can use. This would be the easiest, fastest and least expensive way to get started in film photography (if you already have access to a film camera).

Major nostalgia🤩. But also cringe 😖 cause I was getting it for $1.99. This inflation is no joke 🤣
The Darkroom is where I get mine developed.

Walgreens still do it. Film to CD.
Black and white. Do it yourself. Or find a local camera shop that does it.
