Hahahah! I have the same one and it requires me go get a 4 year engineering degree if I need to change time or adjust DST auto or not
The problem with these watches is that they are made by geniuses and it really takes a genius to decode how these watches work. I'm afraid having a degree in engineering will only help you realized how hopeless it is. Stupid people like myself is still stuck in this maze, pulling and turning like a mad man.
