It depends... they're both environmentally friendly as their plastic frames are so thin they will dissolve in 3 to 9 years.

They both are as dependable as a film where Matthew McConaughey uses a British Accent.

So it really depends upon your level of self hatred, and desire for early hair loss.

I get that some people have strong feelings about tool brands, but that's just ridiculous.

Dissolved plastics are VERY harmful to the environment...

Well, I don't like bad tools is all.

I'd suggest buying the WEN 5amp hand spindle oscillating sander for $55 ...
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VCTP...UTF8&psc=1

Then you can mount it upside down, and you have a better, stronger, and more mobile spindle sander.

Better yet is to build an easy jig for it that allows you to tilt it for beveled sanding if needed. It's not an heirloom tool, but you'll get plenty of use for it.

Either way you decide to go, make sure you toss the sandpaper that comes with it, in the trash right away. It's 💩 💩.

Love the idea, one downside is spindle size being 1 1/2" which is pretty small. Do you know if a larger spindle like 3" can be attached? Only other downside is Made in China which I avoid whenever possible.

Do you have any recommendations for a decent brand/model? I'm in the market for my first table top spindle sander/belt sander to add to the collection.

I'm ok spending a little more as I'd keep it for many years.

Thanks!
