Display fusion is software that allows you to get even more value out of your ultra wide monitors!
I purchased the non-steam (multi-PC) version back in May after trying it for 30 days on my Odyssey G97 (a 49in monitor) and can't live without it now. I had this in my Stream wishlist, but didn't want to wait for it to go on sale there again and bought from their website at the end of my trial (and they were having a sale too, but not one as good as this). Just got an email from Steam that it's on sale again!
Haven't tried it with Windows 11 yet (it is compatible), but it works like a charm on Windows 10!

Can display fusion make windows treat my virtual monitor as the max full screen for that area?

Would like to know too. Screen-sharing is PITA with ultrawide monitor. I always have to share a specific application on zoom/team or the application wouldn't scale correctly
I used powertoy for awhile but I find it quite buggy and it doesn't do anything that Window snap already does (correct me if i'm wrong). sometime it won't even launch.

"Note: It's not currently possible to constrain full screen videos or full screen games to monitor splits."
1- Just join meeting with two devices and use the laptop when presenting with powerpoint etc.
2- find usb c montor or some old 17 or 19 lcd (i threw out a bunch) to use only for that 2nd full screen.
3- Maybe can find a way with OBS or something.
That said this low cost...so I might get it anyway.
Some of my class slides need animations, sounds etc that work best on full. I can deal with it but really crazy issue. There must be some way besides that crazy 43inch dell that I think acts like 4 screens

I'll ammend to this that if you play a game or run software that has "borderless windowed" functionality (which can mirror a Fullscreen look without the traditional restrictions of Fullscreen mode), that will work with one of display fusion's virtual screens. I do it all the time without issues.
