I think an X13 is closer to a Latitude than an Inspiron.

Inspirons are probably more like Thinkpad E or L series.

I got this same deal when it was posted earlier. I ordered on Oct 21, the shipping said something like "about 4 months" but it arrived on Nov 19.

I was actually counting on the long shipping time so I could cancel it if I found something better on black friday. But I guess I have a nice laptop now so it's not so bad.

How is this compared to the Lenovo 7i Pro Slim with 2.8k touch from Costco?
I actually got the Costco one and like it, other than the blacks on screen are too gray.

Would this Thinkpad be better or do I need an OLED screen to get the Uber-black that I want?

for Uber black u might want to look at OLEDs. This is a ultra portable business laptop and quite different from 7i pro with better built quality
