It would be hard not to
although the hammer drill and impact driver are tempting too
Here is the link to the additional deal to get a huge battery and round out the kit. I believe 8ah is one of if not the biggest 18v batteries around. It's got a charge meter too.

Is this a "deal" or is it always $400?
Thanks

My old Hitachi drill that gets abused pretty good as a makeshift light duty impact and it's 2 batteries going strong (stored in 100+ 0 degrees F) I wouldn't hesitate. These seems really light in the hand which you won't think is a big deal but it really is!
I always just resell the tools I don't need on eBay as new, opened box. I'll include a paragraph stating how it was a multiple tool deal and I'm reselling the ones I don't need. Just make sure you're priced right to sell quickly, it's should be priced less than new ones that are sealed, priced higher than used ones and refurbished. Oh yeah I'll include a copy of my receipt too, with the tool shipped in case they need warranty repairs. Mention this in your listing, most other sellers don't do this so it should help with the sale. Of the 5-6 times I've done this, never had any issues, gotten positive feedback as well. In most cases it increases your savings on the deal you initially bought, since you're selling nearly the price of a tool by itself. Would do these all day long if I had the time. There's people that buy these multiple tool deals, resell them individually for some profit.
After eBay fees, taxes, shipping fees, I doubt one could make any sizeable profit that would be worth the time, esp off this deal. But selling tools you don't need or want is always good idea

Thanks for great and persuasive info and experience. I'm definitely thinking about grabbing this 7 piece tool set (even though the torch light is useless). My only question to you was about you statement for the warranty. Your stated lifetime tool no hassle warranty, but when I check the Lowe's page for the set, it shows 1 year limited warranty and 2 year battery warranty in the specifications area. Am I missing something? Appreciate your response.
