What do you mean? Log out of Apple ID or just dont use Apple ID icloud email for sign up?

It's linked to the account of you register using your own email ID. It's linked to your Apple ID if you register through Apple. No, it's not linked to your phone.

If you want to delete your account and you used hide my email sign out of the app and sign in using the hide my email address found in hide my email in settings and put forgot password and reset the password then login using your hide my email instead of apple sign in. Did this and works plus you can now delete account if you want to
