All of a sudden, everything I really wanted seems to be only available as a bundle for shipping. Eg. The ryobi inflator-deflator was available to ship until yesterday. Now it's only available in store for pickup under this deal. If I wanted this shipped, I get to pay a bunch more for the kit with the battery and charger I don't need. That sucks.

My cyber monday order arrived today. Was a bit confused at first, the electrostatic sprayer came in a retail combo box that stated it included a 2AH battery, but the box had been opened to remove the battery and resealed.

So if you see a box that says battery included, don't get your hopes up, there is no battery.

I got one shipment yesterday. The light was in its original package, but the sprayer was loose in an unsealed plastic bag. Looks new, but I don't really care if it's repackaged. I have no plans for it, nor the second one that (hopefully) is coming with my stapler! Come on DTO, get shipping!!

I have yet to get a tracking number. However, I ordered the telescoping wand for my pressure washer after Cyber Monday and that was shipped out same day. I contacted customer service to find out how that order was able to cut the line and was informed there is a separate team handling non-Cyber Monday orders

That's good information - thanks for letting us know.

It's also worth noting that my order status has now updated to "shipped" on the DTO website. I don't have a tracking # yet but the fact that the status has changed is a good sign. Make sure to check your orders on the website instead of waiting for the shipped email as the status may have changed.

I find it surprising that some of you guys are having shipping delays. My nail gun shipped the next day after ordering.

And I ordered the ridgid folding light the day it went on 50% off sale at night, and got tracking number next day. It arrives this Thursday.

FedEx has been in possession of my package (a small Ryobi light) since December 8th and it's now just tracking as 'Delivery Delayed."

People bitch about Amazon all the time but they're way better at logistics than FedEx . I ordered an item off Woot yesterday afternoon and it was at my door this morning.

That happened to me a couple times since last year that packages stayed at the location for days during transit. Hopefully it is not in the path of the tornado last week.
