Most items qualify for a FREE Ryobi 18V Electrostatic Sprayer. Sprayer will automatically be added to your cart, YMMV.

All of a sudden, everything I really wanted seems to be only available as a bundle for shipping. Eg. The ryobi inflator-deflator was available to ship until yesterday. Now it's only available in store for pickup under this deal. If I wanted this shipped, I get to pay a bunch more for the kit with the battery and charger I don't need. That sucks.

Well played, DTO
It looks like they raised the price for many products. I can't even find anything worth buying.

I placed 2 orders during this sale. I received the first one several days ago. I received half of the second order a few days after that. That's 3 weeks, which is, sadly, far better than last year when it took them 6 weeks. The second half of order #2 was allegedly delivered but is MIA. Clearly, that is the fault of FedEx, but when I contacted DTO about it, both times they replied: "If you still don't have the package let us know." It's like I'm talking to a bot. When I tried to call them, it said they're closed for the holiday, so apparently they are closed this entire week for Xmas. If they don't sort this out by Monday, I'll be filing a credit card dispute and won't be shopping with these a**clowns again.

* Edit: I just received yet another email from these buffoons telling me to initiate a claim with FedEx after I told them twice (my last 2 emails) that I already reported the package missing days ago and that FedEx stated that they, the shipper, needs to file a claim.

I'm having the same issues. I was talking to a FedEx driver that I've watched drive by my house without stopping for the last 3 weeks, even though I get emails every morning saying "Your package is on the truck and out for delivery today".
She explained the difference between FedEx 'AIR' trucks vs. FedEx 'Ground' trucks and said that 'Ground' delivery is totally screwed up and backed up right now.
I'm going to contact DTO on Monday and see about cancelling my order. And hopefully they'll deal with FedEx.
