Have you checked out the Dollar Tree? Ours has lots of wrapping paper and gift bags. Some of the wrapping paper is sort of thin but if you're gentle with it, it's good enough... my recommendation would be to stay away from the lighter colored ones though.

I second this suggestion!

Dollar Tree is also a carrier of Hallmark products, and the quality is every bit on par with what you would find in Hallmark stores.

They typically have two or three aisles of cards ranging from .50 cents to a dollar (the cost has so far not been impacted by the recent price increases at Dollar Tree) and all of the Hallmark wrapping paper and tissues paper products are at the front of the store with the non-brand items. Smilie

Also, Dollar General carries American Greetings products!
