Occasionally homedepot has the 1/2 set bundled with another item but rarely goes on sale. Debating the 1/2 set for $200 or $279 with the small metric only 1/4 and 3/8 sets. I just bought the big 192pc $749 set so need the 1/2 set to complete my Milwaukee mechanics set.
Honestly I've had better luck with HFT hand tools than milwaukee hand tools. Complete opposite for the power tools. Some of the best cordless tools out there.

Do you have these exact ratchet sets? Not sure if you are using other tools as reference but im astonished you feel this way. The ratchets have lifetime warranties. I was without my breaker bar or impact wrench and had to get a stubborn bolt out. Took a piece of pipe and put waaaaaaaay to much torque through the 3/8ths drive with an electric winch..no damage at all!
No I don't have the ratchets. Was disappointed in some other hand tools they had. I couldn't justify the prices they are asking to try them. Hft as well has lifetime warranties on most of their hand tools.

Don't be fooled by other sets that have a high number count of tools, the higher number is usually by filler items like allen wrenches, screwdriver bits ,etc.
Of course you can get much better bang for your buck buying other brands like Tekton, Gearwrench, Dewalt, Husky, Craftsman, etc.
