I was looking for acoustic electric cutaway guitars for under $300 and this one caught my eye. It's going for $330 on the Musician's Friend website, but being sold for much less via their eBay store. I even looked around at used prices for this guitar on Reverb and they are higher than this eBay price. Reviews seems to be very positive for this model.

In case anyone is still looking at this, I received mine yesterday. The action out of the box was way too low to be usable. I had fret buzz on the 12th fret of the 6th string and fret buzz on the middle strings around frets 5-7. I had to both loosen the truss rod and increase the height of the saddle. I used three slices of an old Costco membership card stacked underneath the guitar's saddle. I used scissors to cut the Costco card pieces and shave the width down to fit in the bridge. It plays and sounds great now.
