ordered a pair of the white ones, size 6, for my daughter on Tuesday. today I received a package from China. It was the boots..... only in brown..... and a size 6.5. time to roll the dice with customer service.

The delivery tracking is completely messy. Doesn't show any updates. The customer care number is also apparently "not allowed to receive calls" as it says on the IVR. I was told the shows would be delivered yesterday when the order was placed but there is no sign of the shipment anywhere. Can someone please let me know the status of my shipment and when will it be received?
