No dds or dmd would ever say manual is more effective lol.
Then please. Explain to me why it takes the same amount of time to brush with an automatic and a manual brush, if the automatic brush is better? I'll wait...

I have these from Costco and the one in the thread. They don't compare. The one from Costco is more for travel since it runs in batteries and didn't have to charge. My mouth feels cleaner with the 4100 model.
Automatic brushes use high frequency vibrations that can remove smaller/more stubborn plaque. The vibrations also help clean under the gums better and cause higher blood flow to the gums - thus better gum health.
Almost every dentist recommends auto brushes if possible.
One more thing- the auto brushes can reduce your dental visits bc they work as good as the ones they use in their office. Ive had several dentists tell me this.
My guess is you went to a jackass dentist who just wants you to keep coming back more often and recommended the manual to you haha
Was going to order this but got side tracked this AM and it went OOS. Wife just hit me up and saw the white version for the same price and was in stock.
