3-ply all clad construction stainless steel saute pan.
The next best deal I found for this pan was also from Woot and was $25 more than this.

Same listin in Target says made in USA or imported
I would simply grab allclad factory seconds. Not worth the savings for me when you miss lifetime guarantee from all clad.
