The service fees, the tip, the lower price if you don't use Instacart... All in all the $40 discount dwindled down to $19 for me. Still a savings. I'm getting things from Sam's Club. If I go to SC directly, it would only cost $19 more.
So I can't sign up for the express using MasterCard first for a couple of months, and then try to do the free express using Chase card afterwards?
and you can't use PayPal connected to your Chase card for Your groceries when you sign up with Chase card for express service ? will Instacart qualify for 5% back on Chase card in January?
Was going to get an air purifier filter from Best Buy (via instacart)... after fees and so on, it's like a savings of $15-$20. Maybe. And typically when I buy the filters I use $10 off discounts (gcs and so on) anyway, so it's like maybe I save $5-$10 for something I only sorta, kinda, could use right now.
So then I figured maybe I'd just get some groceries. Okay, yogurt is like 2x the price I normally get it at. Hmm... forget sale prices I see, everything is like full blown, highest retail ever, and then some.
I'm not quite sure I get this business model. Hike up prices and add tons of fees for the super lazy who can't bother to shop themselves, I guess?

Well, I figured out the trick.
To make sense, it has to be a pickup order. Then this is a fantastic deal. I just ordered from Aldi's. Basically free food.
Otherwise, with fees and such, delivery is a ripoff. And barely even makes sense with these coupons here.
But pickup... now I see why it's a big deal...
I don't see in my acc
