Thread Details

Might as well have one of these since OT seems more interesting than the usual bickering over live vs. psn.

Now, who wants to talk about how LEET they are? -_-V

thumbing up my thread because I can.

I'll have to check my closet. I don't recall having any nice cards. A Sengir Vampire was my most played. I had an Apocalypse Chime that was worth some money even though it was a rather useless card.

Edit: Yeah, worth a buck fifty now. Not retiring anytime soon off that set.

I hear about cards that have that kind of value, but selling them for that is impossible.

I recall my father unloading baseball cards a while back. A catalog may set a price high but the demand was honestly so low that it would be impossible to sell.
Magic cards are way easier to sell since they are actually used instead of purely collected. I put up a singular card for $800 and it sold within the hour on eBay. Made me think I low-balled myself.

Been a while since I had time to waste at work looking through SD. I actually don't have much now, but the reason I'm posting a quick message is to ask for guidance on cutting cable out of my life. For those that do internet only stuff, what do you use to watch shows? What shows can you watch?

I have Amazon Prime and Fire TV. I know about movies on Netflix. I have to get an HD antenna for OTA local TV, right? Any recommendations on one of those?

Is there any way to watch live sports on ESPN, BTN, and NBCSN? I'm a football and hockey junkie so I think that's going to be the hardest thing for me.
Check out antennaweb.org for your ota situation. If you're near a semi-populated area you should be able to get an antenna for $20-$40 to get most of the channels you'll want.
