READ ME:. I chatted with a customer service representative. They are aware there is an issue with the website. Shows $700 credit available. But when you add it to the cart, only $600 is available.
Open up a text session with customer service, they will add the television to the cart for you, provide you a reference number, and give an additional $100 credit, on top of the $600 credit, once the television ships. So you will get the full $700 Samsung credit.
Chat History:
Q80A shows that a $700 Samsung credit is available. But when I add the television to my cart, the card only indicates $600 Samsung credit.

Hi! Thank you for sharing me the concern. Let me check into it one moment please.
Operator message sent at 08:07 AM:
Thank you for waiting! As per checking here yes the Samsung credit turns to $600 in this case would you allow me to place the cart for you so that I can give you a reference number from the cart so that once the order is in ships out we will refund the $100 samsung credit. How's that sounds?
Operator message sent at 08:08 AM:
It seems our website have an issues today I do regret for this inconvenience let me give a reference number to claim the another $100 Samsung credit once its ships out.

If you are a fan of the Samsung ecosystem, that $700 future purchase could come in handy. For one of their sound bars or Galaxy phones, etc.

I've seen this display at best buy. For the non neo-q-led television says, this is their best model. So as long as you're okay with the future purchase at samsung, you can view this as an $1,100 set plus tax with free shipping.
There is a slightly cheaper price if you have the employee purchase program (EPP). But since most people do not have EPP, this is the next best thing.

At checkout, but wonky pricing still. Checkout says, $600 credit. Oddly it's discounted to cost $0.00 instead of $500. Samsung has a shitty way of inventory management. Lol
Only good if you have a way to use the samsung credit worth $600 at samsung website.
I'm sure it comes with expiry date but can't validate that.
Edit:
I uploaded a screen grab that showed $700, before adding to cart. See my comment below this one. The issue is all resolved in a 700 credit is available.

Not sure how Samsung does it but most companies will make you log in with your work email address to create account and possibly put in a special code that only your company knows about
Call them they'll promise or give you a ticket number and pay you additional $100 credit once the product ships, if you only got $600 credit
