Very good deal. I had done the same deal via NewEgg and it is awesome. Best part is I do not have to pay a monthly subscription cost like Ring. Plus I am able to see continuous video as well as human events over the past 5 days. It's human detection is good. For best results, I have turned off notifications of human events (as I did not want to be bugged often) and I only review them at end of the day. Also I was able to reuse an old transformer for 18 V and connected it to a power outlet and the wires through the door hinge and out to the doorbell - not a problem at all and I prefer it to battery power because I dont have to worry about recharging the battery or changing out the battery after its usual life of 2 years.
This somehow better than Blink or Ring? I have blink and it sucks, constantly fails to notify me, hard to get live view and battery died in less than 2 weeks, lithium non-rechargeable.

Any good adapter for people who dont have existing wires
You can get any 16-24 V adaptor. Also you dont need to get a 30 VA (Volt-Ampere = Watt) transformer as the manual says, you can get by with a lower VA rating. Since 30 VA is only required at the peak, the non peak draw is quite less so you can also get a 500-800 mA transformer which are more commonly available. Note that it has to be AC to AC doorbell transformer, not AC to DC
The Eufy Door Bell is my favorite fir the speed of notification in relation to motion, doorbell, and person identification. It is the fastest compared to Nest and Ring on the same network for me. Image is good and night vision works well if you need it.

No, the wire that comes with the plug is all you need.

FYI: Requires a separate chime you plug in.
While its not a huge deal, for me having to use up an extra plug with a not pleasant to look at speaker is not something I want to deal with when I have a perfectly good, working existing doorbell chime built in my house.
From my research the three video doorbells that can utilize existing doorbell chimes are:
Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2
Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell
Skybell - any model doorbell.

I had the battery version of this and changed to the ring 3 plus. This and all my other eufy cameras seem to give me late notifications. The video is better than ring since my ring is 1080p but I need dependability to be notified then and there.

Note
The doorbell requires existing doorbell wires at 16-24 VAC, 30 VA, or above.
