Screen blows: 250 nits, 45% NTSC
I just got the latter shipped on Friday and still in return window. Not sure differences between processors.
Basic kids virtual school, web browsing and light web games would be typical use.

The one from Walmart it's a decent size and not unwieldy like a 17". Maybe I'll just stick with what I have. I was able to squeak a weird promo code into the Walmart site for an additional $10 off. So all in all this one is a smaller laptop for $10 less.

Nothing is getting cheaper-have you be looking at the cost of goods over the last few months

The target deal was the same processor but 128 sata m.2, only 4gb of ram and lacked a backlit keyboard for $110 less. I can tell you the screen is not great. I wouldn't call it crap but it's definitely not impressive.
