First ingredient is maltodextrin: Maltodextrin as 1st ingredient in nutritional list. Maltodextrin is high on the glycemic index (GI), meaning that it can cause a spike in your blood sugar. It's safe to consume in very small amounts, but those with diabetes should be particularly careful.
This is incorrect. First ingredient is calcium 140 mg, second ingredient is BC30 133 mg. Maltodextrin leads the list of Other ingredients, which are so dramatically smaller by weight, the manufacturer did not bother to specify it.
Best probiotic in my opinion... home made kefir... and cheap

I wonder what the expiration date is. Earlier when I got some suncream from sl, some of them expire next month. So I had to return them.

"I Got Gut" has 2B CFU
"Immune 'N Me" has 800M CFU

They are both the same strain.

The Immune is 32-count which works out slightly better at WM than the unit cost on the 30-count I Got Gut, and cheaper than 'zon.

Not sure what else the difference is but the Immune is showing higher MSRP too.

Also, a majority of these reviews are Vine Free Product customer reviews. Only 36 or so are verified reviews from the USA. Other reviews are global reviews with no actual review written. Buyer beware.

Maltodextrin is an extremely common pharmaceutical excipient. It's essentially helping form the body of the pill. The amount you're consuming in a single pill is going to be in the ~1-2 gram range, which is not going to put a dent in your blood sugar when consumed at the directed amounts.
