If a stores scanner reflects a different price than the posted or advertised price, you should first bring the discrepancy to the attention of the sales clerk or store management. Many businesses have policies in place to immediately correct any discrepancies and reward customers that bring pricing errors to their attention. If you cannot get satisfaction from the business management, please contact this office for assistance.

I noticed a $1 Renuzit cone at my K months ago that had a shelf tag of 10. All of the other scents were $1. I went to the next aisle and told the employee with the hand scanner. He pulled off the tag to the best of his ability and proceeded to print a new tag. He was thankful. The fines are hefty in CA for incorrect shelf pricing.
